Highlights

Since opening in 1951, the original Renville County Hospital facility expanded several times to meet the healthcare needs of the community. After six decades of use, RCH embarked on a complete facility replacement project.

Now known as RC Hospital & Clinics, the new 62,000 sf facility includes outpatient and specialty clinics, lab, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, 16 inpatient beds (including two OB and one hospice), two operating rooms, pharmacy, an education center, a primary clinic with 18 exam rooms and one procedure room, and all ancillary support departments.

Korbel's service began in May 2013 with a complete inventory of the existing facility.  We then conducted several rounds of user group meetings with all departments throughout the design phase. We developed equipment placement drawings and coordinated equipment planning information with the design team and contractors. In 2014, we turned over the equipment list to RCH for them to handle purchasing. Construction began in spring of 2014, and was opened for patients in 2015.
